Cayan Tower
Dubai Marina, UAE
The brief
73 floors, 306 m, a 1.08° twist on every slab.
Cayan Tower's structural 1.08-degree rotation per floor meant no two slabs were alike. MEP service locations differed on every level. Our teams re-engineered risers out of the vertical core into the rotating outer shell, resolving sleeve-and-opening geometry floor by floor to keep the tower's fresh-air and busbar risers feasible.
