Overview
Two 100,000 m² residential towers with one coordinated MEP scope.
The Fairmont Palm Residence comprises a North and South tower, each up to 100,000 m² of built-up area, with two basements, a ground floor of town-houses and parking, nine residential floors and two penthouse floors. Vision delivered the complete MEP scope for both buildings, from HVAC and electrical distribution to plumbing, sanitation and fire protection.
